Refund policy

HOW TO RETURN

We have a 14-day Return Policy, which means your returned item must arrive at IN SHOES WE TRUST warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 8 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at warehouse location within 14 days.

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We offer free return for all shoes sold on the site, excluding exceptions, non-returnable items and items shipped outside Hong Kong and Macau. Accessories and other category items can be returned at your expense.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the item(s) show any sign that has been altered from its original condition in any way. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (for more details visit our Returns Center).

If you’re eligible for a Return:
1. Visit our Returns Center.
2. Enter your Order Number, Email address and click "Find Your Order".
3. Select the item(s) you want to exchange or return and follow the instructions.
Once your request is approved, you will get a Return Confirmation email with your #RMA number and shipping guidelines. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return through Returns Center will not be accepted.
We cannot accept shoes that have been worn outside, so please be sure to try them on inside before removing tags.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Gift Cards and "SALE" items are also not eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Visit our Returns Center and follow the steps.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
